How do I receive my order?

Our trades are 100% automated. To receive your order follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://pkm.gg/account
  2. Login/Register with the email address you used to make the purchase.
  3. Click on the order that you would like to receive.
  4. Click "Start Trade" and follow the on-screen instructions to receive your Pokemon.
Do the Pokemon come with a nickname?

No, by default the Pokemon you purchase will not have any form of nickname. They will have their regular English name.
What level will the Pokemon be?

First evolution Pokemon will be level 1 while final evolution Pokemon will be level 100. Any evolution inbetween will be the level that it evolves at.
Can I use these Pokemon online?

Yes! Unlike other sellers, the Pokemon we sell are 100% legit and legal meaning you can use them anywhere you like including online raids, trades and battles.
Can I transfer these Pokemon through Pokemon Home?

Yes! Since our Pokemon are 100% legit and legal, you will have no issues whatsoever with transferring them through Pokemon Home.
