Troubleshooting & FAQ

Are the Pokémon safe to use online?

Yes. All Pokémon we provide are 100% legitimate, pass all in-game legality checks, and can be used online. If a Pokémon can be traded in-game, it has already passed the game’s validation system.

Do I need Nintendo Switch Online?

Yes, an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription is required to use the online trading features in Pokémon games. This is a Nintendo requirement for all online gameplay.

I don’t see my order in my account — what should I do?

This usually means the order was placed with a different email address. Once you create an account, we can quickly link the order to the correct email so it appears in your order history.

I made a purchase without an account — what should I do?

Create one using the same email address you used during checkout. Once your account is created, your order will automatically appear, and you’ll be able to access it.

What happens if a Pokémon build needs a small adjustment?

To ensure every Pokémon is 100% legitimate, our system automatically adjusts any option that isn’t possible in-game (such as level, moves, or ball combinations). This guarantees you still receive a legal and usable Pokémon as close to your selection as possible.

Do the Pokemon come with a nickname?

No, the Pokémon you purchase will not come with a nickname—they will have their original names by default. Only Pokémon sent through surprise trades for advertising purposes may have nicknames.

What level are the Pokemon?

First-stage Pokémon are usually Level 1, final evolutions are Level 100, and middle evolutions are set to the level that species normally evolves at (for example, Charmeleon at Level 16). However, for Pokémon Legends ZA, since eggs do not exist in that game, Pokémon are sent at the lowest level they can be found in the wild instead.

If you order a Custom Build and don’t choose a level, it will default to Level 100.
