No! None of the Pokemon we sell will come with a nickname unless they are from a specific in-game event. The only Pokemon that we send out with nicknames are our Shiny Surprise Trade Pokemon.
First evolution Pokemon will be level 1 while final evolution Pokemon will be level 100. Any evolution inbetween will be the level that it evolves at.
For example, a Charmander will be level 1 while a Charizard will be level 100.
